Return Policy

We want you to love your ZIYURA piece as much as we loved creating it. If you change your mind for any reason within 21 days of receiving your order, you may return it, subject to the following conditions:

  • Items must be in original condition, unused, undamaged, and returned with all original packaging.
  • Items must not have been worn for photography shoots, social media, commercial purposes, or personal gain.
  • All original packaging (including gift boxes, pouches, and Storage Container) must be included.


Full-Priced Items
Items purchased at full price or on pre-order are eligible for a full refund.

Sale Items
Items purchased during a sale event or with a discount are eligible for store credit or an exchange for the same item only. Store credit will reflect the amount paid at the time of purchase, less return shipping and original shipping fees.

Final Sale
Products marked Final Sale or Last Chance cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded unless deemed faulty.

How to Return

  • Submit a Return Request
    Complete our online return form within 21 days of receiving your order. Once approved, you will receive an email with your return label and instructions.
  • Pack Your Items
    Place your item(s) and all original packaging in one secure package. For international returns, contact Client Services for any required customs documents to avoid additional duties and taxes.
  • Send Your Return
    Drop your package at a designated courier location using our prepaid label. If you choose an alternative courier, ZIYURA is not responsible for loss, damage, or related expenses.

Processing Time

Once we receive your return, it will undergo a quality review. When approved, your refund (excluding original shipping) or store credit will be issued within 5 business days. During sale periods, processing may take up to 1–2 business days longer.
Returns without proof of purchase or submitted beyond the 21-day window will not be accepted.
