Please handle your ZIYURA nails with care—each piece is handcrafted and therefore delicate. To protect the artistry, we recommend applying glue gel tabs only (no liquid nail glue). After application, avoid water exposure for 1–2 hours so the adhesive can fully set. When you’re ready to remove, soak in warm water and gently ease each nail off using the included wooden tool.

• You may return your ZIYURA order within 21 days of receipt if items are unused, undamaged, and include all original packaging.
• Full-priced and pre-order items are eligible for a refund, while sale purchases qualify only for store credit or exchange (Final Sale/Last Chance items are non-returnable).
