Each ZIYURA press on nails is measured by hand to help you choose the best fit. we recommend comparing the our press on nails measurements to your natural nails. Use a soft measuring tape (or a flexible ruler) to measure the widest part of your natural nail bed, from sidewall to sidewall in millimeters. If you’re between sizes, we suggest sizing up slightly for better coverage.

Product care

Please handle your ZIYURA nails with care—each piece is handcrafted and therefore delicate. To protect the artistry, we recommend applying glue gel tabs only (no liquid nail glue). After application, avoid water exposure for 1–2 hours so the adhesive can fully set. When you’re ready to remove, soak in warm water and gently ease each nail off using the included wooden tool.

Shipping & Returns

You may return your ZIYURA order within 21 days of receipt if items are unused, undamaged, and include all original packaging.
Full-priced and pre-order items are eligible for a refund, while sale purchases qualify only for store credit or exchange (Final Sale/Last Chance items are non-returnable).
Submit an online return request to receive your label and instructions; once received and quality-checked, refunds or credits (excluding shipping costs) are processed within 5 business days.
